Standard Turnaround — Confirmed Monday, Shipped Wednesday
Our three-shift plant runs 6am–10pm. When you confirm an order Monday morning, your boxes are on a pallet by Wednesday evening. Here's the exact sequence.
Order enters production queue, board stock allocated from on-hand inventory
Artwork plates burned or digital RIP processed, color proof signed off
Board sheeted to spec, flute profile confirmed on caliper gauge
Die-cutting, slotting, scoring, printing in single inline pass

Every sheet of board we run traces back to responsibly managed forests. Our CoC certificate covers both virgin and recycled grades.
Our food-contact packaging line is BRC/IOP certified. Wax-dipped produce trays, fruit liners, and all food-adjacent SKUs run through this dedicated area.
Every production run logged, every QC measurement recorded. Our 0.3% defect rate is audited, not estimated — third-party verified annually.
Alternative certification for clients whose procurement policy specifies SFI over FSC. Both available on any order — just note your preference.
Certificate numbers and audit reports available on request. We provide documentation packs for BRC supplier questionnaires within 24 hours of request.
